• Insurance claims / Warranty experience
• Customer Service

Responsibilities
• Receive and process warrant claims
• data entry for customer warranty claims
• Research Sales history and Production Lots related to specific warranty claim details
• product knowledge and ability to research
• Understand return and warranty policies and procedures, with the ability to operate under the guidelines
• communicate with quality control
• answer email in a timely, organized manner
• must be reliable

Skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and proven record of problem solving
• Ability to learn business software
