Established area employee staffing provider is actively seeking an experienced professional to complement its team. Qualified candidates will present the following attributes, proven to lend to personal growth and professional success in the staffing industry.

Job Description:

· Task oriented, results driven, high energy, self-starter with a strong level of common sense, professional intelligence, ethical business practice application and impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

· An Optimistic and out-going, team player that presents the ability to motivate one’s self and others while navigating the challenges of a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding atmosphere, presenting strong problem-solving and relationship skills.

· Proven success with diverse Customer Service, Business-to-Business sales environment requiring strong conversational skills and relationship development abilities.

· Strong computer knowledge with emphasis on Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a  Staffing Specialist include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Answer Phones
  • Greeting clientele
  • Data Management
  • Utilizing organizational and time management skills to efficiently and effectively exceed client expectations.
  • Interviewing and qualifying personnel
  • Cold calling & Marketing: telephone & in-person
  • Staffing client needs with qualified personnel
  • Develop / maintain business relationships
  • Meeting performance quotas
  • Rotation of on-call responsibilities required with additional compensation provided.

    Experience:

    Preferred Experience:

    Knowledge of general office procedures.
    Good communication and organizational skills.
    Excellent customer service skills.
    Proficiency with computer operations and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    Ability to type and accurately enter data into various computer systems.
    Ability to multitask efficiently to meet required deadlines.

    Required Certifications/Licensing/Education/Training:

    · High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent.

    · Secondary Education or professional development certifications in Human Resources with an emphasis on talent acquisition and management preferred.

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently in a team environment and to develop and manage a perm placement/direct hire desk profitably.
    • Ability to develop and expand client base through extensive telephone marketing, networking, emails, social media, and company leads.
    • Ability to recruit qualified candidates through researching job boards, resumes, telephone pre- screening, telephone and in person interviews, social media and additional avenues available.
    • Professional presentation, congenial manner, excellent communication skills, well -spoken verbally and in correspondence. Enjoys working with people in a helpful way.
    • Highly self-motivated, with excellent time management capabilities and immense determination to reach goals to increase business, utilizing ethical business practices and a common sense approach to problem solving, negotiations and business development.
    • Knowledge of all Federal employment laws and recordkeeping requirements. Our company strictly complies with all employment laws and respects the confidential nature of our work.
    • Solid computer knowledge and experience for extensive daily use.
