• Payroll Assistant responsibilities through use of ADP Payroll software and Excel computer programs.
• Keying and processing payroll utilizing ADP accounting software
• Payroll functions including employee and employer tax requirements
• Assists with additional accounting functions as needed.
• Generate memos, emails and reports as needed and maintain organization of all written material
• Responds efficiently and effectively to inquiries and requests for information.
• Coordination of written and verbal communication as required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successfully collaborate with staff and team members to achieve required goals.
Education: High School Graduate / GED
• 2+years prior accounting clerk experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills in ADP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to type and accurately enter data into various computer systems.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of previous Accounting/ Payroll management experience.
